This policy explains what Thorns and Crosses collects when you join our early access list, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address, which is required to join the list.
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
• If you check the text message box: the date and time you agreed, the wording you agreed to, and the IP address you agreed from, as a record of your consent.

How we use it

• To email you launch announcements, early access, and release notifications.
• To text you launch and release notifications, only if you checked the text message box.
• To keep a record of who has opted in and who has unsubscribed.

We do not sell your information. Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who handles it

Your details are stored in a secure database that only the Thorns and Crosses team can view. When we start sending email or text messages, we will use service providers to deliver them, and they may only use your details to do that.

Your choices

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything.
